Malaysian motorcycle brand Aveta has opened a Technical Service Centre located at its headquarters in Bukit Raja, Klang, Selangor. Working in conjunction with Aveta’s Care On Wheels (ACOW), the brand’s roadside assistance and support network rendering help at the customer’s location in emergencies.
The new Technical Service centre gives manufacturer level after sales support for Aveta and Peugeot products providing advanced technical support, complex diagnostics and warranty resolution that cannot be resolved at dealer level. This includes major repairs, technical rectification, advanced diagnostics and warranty-related cases requiring specialist attention.
At the centre, a fully equipped workshop and dedicated service areas are tailored for comprehensive repair and maintenance work. Customers have access to a waiting lounge with all service done by appointment.
The centre operates Monday to Thursday from 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM with a 12.30 pm to 1.30 pm lunch break, and Friday from 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM with a lunch break from 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm. Appointments can be made by dialling +60-12 503 5409.
