Lotus Cars Malaysia is making the trip down south for an exclusive five-day roadshow where you can get up close with the newly updated Eletre and Emeya. Both the fully electric Hyper-SUV and Hyper-GT now offer significantly more premium features while maintaining their original price points.
For the 2027 model year, the Eletre starts from RM499,000, while the Emeya is from RM489,000. This pricing is kept consistent despite the implementation of import and excise duties on electric vehicles (EVs) beginning this year, further signalling Geely’s long-term commitment to Lotus and the Malaysian market.
The improvements made to the Eletre and Emeya start from the entry-level 600 variants, which now incorporate several features that were previously only available with higher spec variants. Whether you go with the Eletre or Emeya, you’re getting more for pretty much the same amount of money and that’s what many would call a win-win situation.
The 600 variants of the Lotus performance EVs deliver exceptional performance while now sporting larger wheel packages, an integrated active rear spoiler, configurable ambient lighting and premium Nappa leather seats. This is in addition to an already comprehensive kit list that includes active air suspension with continuous damping control (CDC), brake-applied torque vectoring and LED matrix headlamps as well as a KEF Premium 15-speaker sound system, a 29-inch head-up display and four-zone climate control system.
Should you need time deciding which Eletre or Emeya variant suits you best, take all that you need in the Lotus Lounge, a curated space designed for enthusiasts to not only learn more about the models, but also explore the brand in comfort. Lotus experts will also be on hand to help you transition from a regular driving experience to one that only a Lotus can provide.
If all this sounds promising, register your interest and make your way down to Mid Valley Southkey in Johor Bahru from April 1-5, 2026 from 10am to 10pm for Lotus Car Malaysia’s exclusive roadshow event.
