MForce Bike Holdings previews “Skuchai” concept

A new concept two-wheeler from MForce Bike Holdings, the “Skuchai” concept mtorocycle. Described as a cross between a scooter and a kapchai, the Skuchai uses an underbone platform mated to an engine driving a CVT gearbox.

This combines moped-based engine architecture and automatic CVT transmission into a single, all-new platform, which MForce says creates an entirely new market segment. In pursuit of this, MForce has invested RM10 million into the development of the Skuchai, with an aim to introduce it into both the Malaysian and international markets.

No details were released for the Skuchai, but from press photos, the designation “C-ATX 200” can be seen on the body panel. This perhaps indicates the Skuchai come with a single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine of 175 cc to 200 cc displacement, along with adventure scooter styling.

Ergonomics of the Skuchai is similar to that of a scooter, while leveraging on the durability and engineering of the underbone engine platform. Utilisation of a CVT gearbox enables fully automatic riding without manual gear shifting, making the Skuchai practical for daily urban commuting while remaining suitable for medium-distance travel and light adventure-oriented leisure riding.

The Skuchai is currently undergoing simulation testing for daily usage and long-distance riding to ensure that quality, safety and durability meets specifications. The Skuchai will be officially unveiled at the upcoming Malaysia Bike Show 2026, scheduled to take place in May, with its official market debut taking place in May 2027.
