Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) and its dealer EON Auto Mart (EAM) have announced the relocation and upgrade of its Mitsubishi Motors showroom in Melaka to a brand-new 3S facility.
EAM, which operates nine Mitsubishi Motors showrooms nationwide, has been a Mitsubishi Motors dealer since 2005 and its Melaka outlet was established in 2009.
Originally a 1S+2S operation, the new 3S centre is located at Melaka Autocity, Hang Tuah Jaya. The 7,465 sq.ft. facility can accommodate six display vehicles and includes a dedicated sales delivery area, 10 service bays equipped with seven hoists, a customer lounge with WiFi and a kids play area.
“Melaka is among the top three states for Triton presence, while the Xpander is the No.1 non-national MPV in Melaka and in Malaysia. The relocation of EAM Melaka reflects our shared goal to deliver nothing short of excellence to Mitsubishi Motors owners,” said MMM CEO Takashi Sakamaki

EAM’s Mitsubishi 3S centre at Melaka Autocity is open from seven days a week, from 8am to 5pm.

If not mistaken, Melaka also has another 3S outlet, handled by Sing Kwung group (an auto giant in Melaka having among others Ford dealership, BYD and Kia) . For such a small state like Melaka, its quite funny why EAM allowed 2 full 3S dealers operating within 30km distance. Doesn’t make much sense unless the population density is high.
