Bus operator Aeroline has stated that it will suspend all trips for a period of one month from November 6 to December 5, 2025 in line with a directive from the land public transport agency (APAD).
The suspension of service was for the operator’s continued use of its own service points at Corus KLCC, 1 Utama an Sunway Pyramid instead of relocating to TBS (Terminal Bersepadu Selatan) as directed by APAD.
Aeroline has said in its statement that the suspension of service will affect its passengers’ travel with the bus service, and it is offering passengers the choice of either a full refund, or keeping tickets for a future travel date.
Meanwhile, APAD has stated that it has suspended Aeroline’s operations for 30 days for failing to comply with licensing conditions. The department said it had issued three show-cause letters to the company for the same violations between March 13 and October 10 this year, for not keeping its vehicles in an area approved by the authorities when not in use.
The company was also found to have picked up and dropped off passengers in places which could pose danger to passengers and other road users, and that the company had been advised and warned to relocate its service permit to an approval terminal but refused to comply, APAD said.

bende kecil ni APAD nak suspend servis bas ini. Bas yang bawa laju macam sial, yang pemandu bas lesen luput, bas yang pemandu dia banyak rekod trafik, semua tu tak kena APAD suspend ke???
Aeroline customer. Best bus service. Drives within speed limit, safe, clean, courteous. They stop and pickup at established locations, and not any haphazard locations. Aeroline should be complimented for their service, instead of being penalised.
Have u been to the tasek selatan terminal?
The car park ..spiralling upwards..usually no parking.
Not the best of locations.
Why not Gombak new Terminal or Hockey stadium or another spot which is more spacious?
Why force people to go to all the way to TBS to take that bus especially for people living at the other part of the Klang Valley? Why make people’s life difficult intentionally?
especially since Aeroline only stops at bus-stops. I think APAD is not doing their job right!
because in malaysia like to monopolize all the busineess , suppress competition , and generally anti-competitive. forced everyone to use TBS only
While Aeroline is doing excellent job for business and good quality too,
But I don’t think it need suspension.
But we definitely want a transparent yet safe regulation. If the existing road can’t support and result in congestion, it definitely need get Stop Work Order as it harm the Safety with high risk of casualty at that stretch of road.
Apply lesen baru lah.. masukkan lokasi pick up and drop off tu.. corus KL, sunway . Setel.
buduh punya apad….lori bus langgar semua org tu yg patutnya kena suspension….i smell something fishy here
Aeroline is making it convenient for passengers by having a few pickup point in Klang Valley instead of relocating to TBS. These are safe, designated pickup points so why is APAD so obsessed with moving Aeroline to TBS? Maybe Aeroline can compromise by adding TBS as a pickup point which will add to the journey time but hopefully it can satisfy the TBS obsessed APAD.
because APAD sudah terima kasih from TBS management
As a tour agent with over 35 years of experience, I’ve seen every kind of transport service come and go but few have ever matched the consistency, comfort, and reliability of Aeroline.
For years, I’ve recommended Aeroline to my clients traveling between Malaysia and Singapore. Every time, they come back impressed by the service, safety, and professionalism a standard that reflects the best of Malaysian hospitality.
That’s why I’m genuinely shocked by the government’s decision to force Aeroline out of the city center to relocate to TBS. After 20 years of operating responsibly and successfully, how can such a move make sense?
Let’s be honest TB is a centralized terminal designed for local, mass routes, not for premium tourist or executive coaches. Moving Aeroline there doesn’t improve efficiency or safety; it only adds inconvenience and confusion for passengers who value direct, city-to-city comfort.
With Visit Malaysia 2026 around the corner, we should be supporting not sidelining companies that enhance Malaysia’s image to international visitors.
It’s painful to see policies that fail to distinguish between local buses and quality coach services that actually bring in tourism value.
We should be celebrating Aeroline, not punishing it. This is not just about one company it’s about protecting the reputation and experience of Malaysian tourism itself.
Come on Anthony Loke APAD surely you can do better ?!
Nothing wrong with it since Shopping centres already signed mou to cater for interstate express shuttle service between there premises. The farthest destination to Harbour Front mall
the number plate minister should resign
Great. Stop all the most efficient and best best companies and shift them into inconvenient crowded hard to get and poorly designed spaces. Kill companies jobs and convenience and revenue. Good job APAD and Anthony well done.
Anthony Loke, please solve this problem! Show your quality and rein in the clueless APAD. Forcing Aeroline to operate from TBS does not make sense.
